Our history

1994 – Konstantin Mauer (managing partner) launched the auditing company “Mauer-Audit” in Rostov-on-Don.

1996 – An additional service in form of a human resource agency has been offered.

1997 – Within “Mauer-Audit” is the legal department introduced.

1998 – The Russian business journal “Expert” rates “Mauer Audit” as leader of auditing services in the South Federal District and Rostov Region.

1999 – The office in Moscow was opened (as individual enterprise “Mauer – Audit and Partner”)

2002 – Launch into the International market with the establishment of the “International Cooperation Department”.

2003 – Mauer-Audit becomes a member of the international consulting network of experts - “i c p group ”.

2004 – Mauer-Audit becomes a member of the international audit and consulting network – “NEXIA International ”.

2004 – Birth of “NEXIA Competence group Russia” – a group of experts with the primary task to exchange experience and knowledge for the process of establishing and focusing on business relations with Russia and East Europe.

2005 - Individual companies were united under the brand “MauerGroup”.

2005 - Development of strategic and investment consulting as well as management consulting.

2007 - MauerGroup concluded partnership agreement with the leading construction holding of Rostov Region CJSC «Rostovgorstroy». Today, we possess resources and the wide array of services from both companies. We render a unique service in the local market with complete investment consulting services (including the project start-up), and therefore we are becoming a support point for our clientele in South Russia.

2007 – This year marked the foundation of “MauerInvest” and also the establishment of the ‘estimation and corporate financing department’. 

2007 - re-branding of CJSC «Mauer-Audit» into CJSC “MauerGroupRostov”.

2008 – The office in St. Petersburg was opened (as individual enterprise “Mauer – Audit and Partner”.

2008 - re-branding of CJSC “Mauer-Audit & partners” into CJSC “MauerGroupMoscow”.

2010 - The office in Vladivostok was opened.

Nowadays MauerGroup ranks among the 100 largest audit-consulting groups within Russia, with a staff of more than 150 highly qualified specialists.

Our service covers the whole range of administrative tasks of a company ranging from solving strategic-, investment- and management questions as well as tax, legal and audit advisory and outsourcing of qualified experts in the field of accountancy. 

Our foreign economic activity is vigorous.  Our company works effectively with foreign clients from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg as well as from France and Turkey.
