International activity

We, as “MauerGroup”, entered the international market with help of our established “Department for International Cooperation” in the year 2002.As a member of NEXIA International we conduct our activities in the field of auditing and consulting. NEXIA International  – This is a global network of auditing and accounting companies.  More than 258 offices in over 80 countries form a unique network of specialists and experts around the globe. This partnership provides a high level of performance and expertise for each group member, due to specialization, synergy and pooling of resources. The NEXIA network ensures a reliable - high standard which is guaranteed by the NEXIA guidelines as well as a worldwide quality controlled system.

We centre of our cooperation with the NEXIA partner in Germany and Austria is in our international activities. This activity is a result of the “NEXIA Competence group Russia” which is formed in Dusseldorf under “NEXIA Germany”Our German-Russian cooperation is conducted within the framework of the established aegis of “NEXIA International”, Düsseldorf "Russian Competence Group". On the German part this group of experts includes companies like: "DHPG Dr. Harzem und Partner KG" (Offices in Gummersbach and Bonn, Germany. With more than 350 employees in 8 offices in Germany, it belongs to one of the 10 largest audit companies in Germany, according to the rating of the "International Accounting Bulletins") under the management of Dr. Norbert Neu. "NEXIA Berlin GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft"  under the management of Ms. Katrin Volkmer (With 24 offices in Berlin, Germany it ranks on the 8th position among auditing companies in Germany according to a rating of the "International Accounting Bulletins"). «K & E Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH» (Our partner in Graz, Austria) is managed by Mr. Korp as managing director.

The “Russian Competence Group” comprises also the established in January, 2008 «Advisio Treuhand & Revision Gummersbach KG» (Gummersbach, Germany), managed by Mr. Dieter Wagener.  Collaboration is conducted in several directions: international auditing; consulting support for international projects; assistance in establishment of bilateral contacts as well as attraction of international investment capital.

MauerGroup is also active in cooperating with the experts of the international consulting network "Inter Cooperation Partners i c p Group” (EWIV) under the direction of Mr. Dieter Kufus, Dusseldorf and Mr. Henry Josseran, Paris. The Group is focused on providing consulting and mediating services in the field of companies’ cooperation and M&A as well as in the sphere of business efficiency improvement. Our cooperation with this group of experts offers an opportunity to attract foreign investors in to the Russian market.

Consulting group “MauerGroup” is a member of the Russian - German Chamber of commerce, with its headquarters in Moscow. It is aimed at exchanging experience with the peers from Germany to attract and foster established business contacts as well as the professional assistance of the investment projects.

We have cooperation experience with the “Ministry of Economy, Small and Medium Business and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia”, Dusseldorf: rendering services on recommendations on legal-organizational form, taxation, accounting and other particular features of pool activity for North Rhine-Westphalia firms in Rostov-on-Don. We also develop cooperation with the “Ministry of Economy, Transport, Agriculture and Winemaking of Rheinland-Palatinate”, Mainz: we carry out market analysis and conducting informational work for the presentation of our region and investment projects in Rostov region. We are also rendering consulting support in the realization of joint cooperation projects.

Our cooperation with the ”Russian Center of Competence” under “Dusseldorf Chamber of Commerce” is very active: “MauerGroup” takes part in information seminars for German businessmen who are already working in Russia, or for those who are interested to enter the Russian market. We also developed cooperation with the German-Russian Forum, Berlin (President- Mr Ernst- Jörg von Studnitz, Ambassador retired): assistance in the organization of economic forums in Germany and Russia, creating presentations of Russian regions in Germany, support of socially oriented programs and entertainment.

Since December 12, 2008 MauerGroup is a member of the Italian – Russian Chamber of Commerce. On July 28, 2007 MauerGroup joined the “French Chamber of Commerce and Industry” in the Russian Federation.  As a member of the “Finnish – Russian Chamber of commerce” Mauer Group is active since the 27th of October 2006.

From the year 2007 on MauerGroup is a member of the “Association of European Businesses”.

Since February 22, 2008 MauerGroup is a member of “Pool of Experts”, Zürich, Switzerland.

MauerGroup also cooperates with "Fraga, Bekierman & Pacheco Neto - Advogados" (Rio de Janeiro and San Paolo, Brazil, leading Brazilian law firm with representatives throughout Brazil and in over 20 countries around the world). Since 2006 MauerGroup cooperates also with “PADDOCK S.A.”, Luxembourg.

The Cooperation with our representatives in Turkey is being conducted by Mrs. Nurshen Kurtoglu, partner, investment expert in Russia.
