Goal

Processing of work permit on the territory of Russian Federation for the employee of the representation office of partnership in Moscow.

Our steps

1. Registration of the foreign employee with the migration services.
2. Temporary registration of the foreign employee in the Federal Migration Service of Russia (for ninety days)
3. Preparation of documents to receive medical certificate on form 086/y.
4. Preparation of documents to process work permit (plastic card)
5. Drafting of the labor agreement with the employee.
6. Notification of the migration body on employing foreign employee with the Representation office of the foreign company
7. Representing interests of Customer in the RF government bodies, including submission and receipt of the required documents.
