Irina Soltamova - Soloviev has been working in the financial sphere since 1990.

In 1996 she launched her own audit company, which ranks among the 100 largest audit companies in Russia for general audit and is among the top ten for insurance related audits. She is an expert for tax planning and capital management.

• Degree in Economics, Leningrad Polytechnical Institute, specialty - economics (1984)

Additional training and education:

• 1994-1995  - attended courses related to insurance audit, audit of stock exchanges, non - budgetary funds and investment institutes and received different certificates from the Russian Ministry of Finances.
• 2008 - received ASSA diploma in International Financial Reporting.
