Objective of the project
Protection of interests of the Russian buyer of metallic structures who paid the advance, but received from the Russian supplier the low-quality goods: - consultation of the Customer in regard of court prosecution on execution of the Customer’s claims in Italy against the supplier of structures – individual entrepreneur, as well as in regard of his prosecution in Italy; - receiving of all references on the debtor from the open sources in Italy, clarification of the legal possibilities, feasibility and success perspectives of the court prosecution, as well as possibilities of out-of-court claims presentation for the individual entrepreneur in Italy.
