Our steps

• Review of all circumstances of the case via study of all materials obtained by the Russian client: car rent agreement, letters and other correspondence on the issue.
• Informing of attorney in Germany – partner of MauerGroup company.
• Study of circumstances of the case by the German lawyer basing on the provided documents, as well as basing on the terms of transactions making by the car rental company.
• Execution and sending to the company by the German lawyer of expanded letter with description of position of the Russian client and the circumstances, proving the unlawfulness of a claim from the company’s side.
• Receiving of the positive reply from the car rental company and readdressing of the reply with translation into Russian to the Russian client.

Outcome

Rejection of all claims for the Russian client by the car rental company.
