Peculiarities of buying and selling land plots

Object of sale-purchase may be only land plots which had the state cadastral registration (Article 37 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation).

It is not allowed to alieante the land plot without  building or constructions located on it, in case they belong to the same person (Article 35 of the Land Code).
