On October 12, 2016 the meeting of Rostov businessmen, as well as scientific and cultural representatives with the Swedish delegation, attending the city within the framework of the special program "Days of Sweden in Rostov region" took place in Rostov-on-Don in the congress hotel "Don-Plaza".
The main purpose of the event is arrangement of business contacts with the Rostov region and widening of economic and trade, as well as cultural connections between Sweden and our region.
Within the framework of the event the presentation of Swedish companies took place, in such spheres as trade, investments, industry, agriculture, transport, construction and city planning, energy saving, ecology, housing and public utilities, etc. Also the Russian-Swedish contacts exchange took place, in which more than 100 representatives of different business structures took part.
MauerGroup company was represented at the meeting by Alexey Miroshnikov, partner, head of the department of international cooperation. Successful negotiations with Mr. Bjorn Kavalkov-Halvarsson, chancellor, head of the economics and trade department of the embassy of Sweden and negotiations with Mr. Andreas Giallourakis, head of the Swedish trade and investment council in Russia were conducted, as well as negotiations with other representatives of Swedish delegation.
