Our steps

  • Search for the real estate  in accordance with the requirements of the client (location, price, new house, etc.) together with the partner in the respective region of Germany (broker).
  • Assistance of the Client when choosing real estate, clarification of all necessary follow-up questions.
  • Comparative analysis of real estate prices for similiar premises with a purpose of specifying the stated cost (with involvement of the expert on spot).
  • Preparation of the sale-purchase agreement (with involvement of the lawyer in Germany).
  • Assistance during the transaction for purchase and sale, including the participation at signing the documents at the notary office.
  • Conducting of negotiations with the real estate agency on finding the lessee and defining the monthly rental payment.
  • Drafting the rental agreement.
  • Assistance during signing the rental agreement.
  • Control over the fulfillment of rental agreement terms by the lessee (via contact cooperation with the real estate agency).
  • Consultations on increase of rental payment as well the  termination of the rental agreement by the flat owner in accordance with the acting German legislation (in case the owner decides to use the flat for his own need).

Outcome

Acquisition of the real estate in Germany by the client in accordance with his requirements, as well as successful long term lease of the real estate.
