To determine the complex of ways of accounting, methods of organization of technological process of work of accounting service of organization aimed at successful execution of tasks for the accounting system ensuring the process of economic decisions making, basing on the received information and conducted analysis.

• Questionnaire.

At this stage the elaboration of questionnaires for the specific enterprise, their sending and future processing of received information basing on receiving of the following are performed:

• documents on acting accounting policy of the enterprise and way of accounting, working invoices plan;

• typical business, accounting and legal documents acting on the enterprise;

• management documents, documents of internal normative regulating of accounting system and reports;

• Preparing of enlarged list of typical business operations of the enterprise for previous accounting period (year). Their brief characteristics and classification.
• Preparing of list of basic taxes paid by the enterprise.
• Conducting the express analysis of financial state of the enterprise and analysis of existing quantitative and qualitative indexes shown in the reporting.
• Receiving of necessary information for analytic methodologic work.
• Formation of tactic and strategic aims of the accounting policy with for purposes of accounting and taxation.
• Preparation of the organizational and technical division of accounting policy.
• Preparation of the methodologic division of accounting policy.
• Preparation of the working invoices plan.
