Protection of interests of the foreign buyer of agricultural products who paid the advance but didn’t receive the goods

Our steps

• Preparation and submission of the claim to the seller of agricultural products on return of the paid advance in accordance with the purchase/sale agreement.
• Preparation and submission of the court claim to the Court of Arbitration of Rostov Region.
• Representation of the Customer’s interests on court sessions in the Court of Arbitration of Rostov Region.  
• Representation of the Customer’s interests in appeal and cassation courts.
• Cooperation with the service of executive court marshals for prompt execution of the court decision on debt collection with interest for using the borrowed funds.

Outcome

Return of the paid advance on the purchase/sale agreement to the foreign buyer.
