Peculiarities of granting state or municipal land to legal entities

In accordance with  Article 16 of the Land Code the lands not owned by citizens, legal entities or municipal authorities are considered the state property.

Land plots being in state or municipal ownership shall be provided to the legal entities (including foreign) for ownership or lease except for limitations stipulated by the applicable legislation.

The procedure for granting  land plots being in state or municipal ownership to the legal entities for ownership or lease:

• via bidding (the main order);
• without bidding (in cases stipulated by the legislation).
