Peculiarities of owing the agricultural lands

Foreign citizens and foreign legal entities as well as legal entities with the share of foreign citizens and foreign legal entities in the authorized (share) being equal to over 50 %, can possess land plots of the agricultural lands on rental basis only (Art. 3 of the Federal Law of RF "On Distribution of Agricultural Lands").
