As part of the visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Russia, the Rostov Public Assembly hosted the signing of the Program for the Development of Cooperation between the Rostov Region and the French Republic for 2014-2015, which was signed by the Ambassador and Vice-Governor of the Rostov Region, Sergey Gorban.
A round table was also held during the visit: "Implementation of Projects in the Rostov Region: Ways to Increase the Efficiency of Interaction with French Companies." Representatives of the French and Rostov business circles and heads of ministries and departments of the Rostov Region took part in the event.
The leading specialist of foreign economic activity Svetlana Tolstova participated in the meeting from the company "MauerGroupRostov", who held talks with the General Director of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Shinsky on cooperation and mutual support of business; talks were also held with Ms. Goncharuk, an expert on the development of the UBIFRANCE Trade Mission, on cooperation in the field of support for foreign business in the South of Russia. In addition, talks were held with a number of companies on possible cooperation.
