Audit and consulting group of companies MauerGroup and Human Stem Cells Institute (HSCI), diversified biotech holding company, will fulfill the potential of their capabilities by creating a new structure in Moscow at the end of March 2023 – HSCI Consulting LLC.

The new company in Moscow allows to combine and apply long-time professional expertise in the field of comprehensive consulting support of business, on the one hand, and gene therapy, regenerative medicine, reproductive medicine, genetic diagnosis and bioinformatics, on the other hand, in order to select startups in biotechnology, their development and scaling.

The mission of HSCI Consulting LLC is to be a reliable guide for Russian and foreign companies investing in the biomedicine industry in Russia.

The range of services offered includes a full range of strategic, management, investment, financial and legal consulting. Core services of the company being established also include:

• Legal and financial due diligence of acquired assets (companies, real estate, land plots);
