Our steps

• Analysis of provisions of the accounting policy of the Customer acting during the period under inspection, and check of their actual observation.
• Check of correctness of indication of business operations on accounts and in reports of the Customer (non-current assets, fixed assets, capital investments, financial investments, materials, ready products, incomplete production; funds, income, costs, formation of financial results, borrowed funds, tax liabilities for the budget, charter and added capital).
• Check of correctness of indication of results of property and liabilities inventory.
• Check of timeliness and fullness of taxes and dues payment, check of correctness of execution of invoices, check of timeliness and correctness of performing of settlements with the suppliers (contractors), accrual and payment of dividends.
• Check and confirmation of information included in the annual accounting reports of the Customer.
• Analysis of the financial status of the Customer, his solvency, asset liquidity, correlation of internal and borrowed funds, calculation of size of net assets as for the results of activities of the Customer.
• Elaboration of offers and recommendations for creating of reserves for improvement of the economic state of the Customer for the managing bodies of the Customer.

Outcome

Written report on conduction of controlling of the financial and economic activities of the Customer with the recommendations for creating of reserves for improvement of the economic state of the Customer for management bodies of the Customer.

The project is terminated.
